I read the Dutch version, translated from Danish by Edith Koenders and Adriaan van der Hoeven, called Over de berekening van ruimte VI. The English translation (On the Calculation of Volume VI) probably won't be available until somewhere in 2027. There isn't much I can say without spoiling. Just like with several of the previous books, I was hesitant in the first half and fully on board for the second half. Once certain knowledge and plans came to light, my curiosity was piqued. For most of this series I've wondered why it was overwhelmingly X (remaining so vague so I won't spoil anything). Wouldn't there be some more Y present? It's something that kept bugging me, but this volume showed me that actually, there was Y all along. I'm so satisfied with how that turned out and how it was woven into the story! The next book will be the last. There's one particular ending I'm expecting, one ending that I'm hoping for, and two other endings that I can imagine that I would like less. But who…
