someone made me feel really good today

I'm in a group project, and my prof released the readings late in a database that refuses to log anyone in. My two other group members and I were on a mission to fix the login and access the textbook, but we got the runarounds ... the poor front desk staff told me to email the company. We decided to sail the seven seas as a last resort, and that's where the fun began (for me). The open access part of the database only had the title of the book & the authors - no info about the edition, or the IBSN. There was a link for the textbook's citation, so I clicked on it and it downloaded a .ris file. Then I dragged & dropped it into an open window. Anyway, they were pretty impressed. And I was euphoric! I don't know why but, it really made my day!
