Statuslog - September 2026

I'm doing a new monthly series on this blog called Statuslog, where I post all of my social statuses for the past month. I got the idea from Jedda's micro thoughts. It made me realize I'd like to have one place for my social updates. Social media feels so ephemeral, with things being forgotten soon after you post them and lost in the ether if anything ever happens to the site or if you decide to delete your account. I thought this would be a fun way to look back on the month, everything that happened and its overall vibe, while also securing my posts in a more permanent place. I only post on Mastodon and status.lol, so this consists of a combination of posts from both places, from most recent to oldest. It might be redundant at times, but I'm going to include all posts regardless. The only ones I'm skipping are links to my own blog posts, unless I had something significant to say in the status besides simply announcing and linking to the post.
