One more of her works will soon be available in English: Nora Seligman Favorov’s translation of The Brother (Братец, 1858) is coming out in the Oxford World Classics series, with a US release date of February 2027. Vucinich Book Prize for her 2025 Noble Sentiments and the Rise of Russian Novels: A European Literary History, which has a chapter on Khvoshchinskaya and Dostoevsky.
