What I didn't notice is that the site also has a journal with a handful of posts, including one on what they describe as a "gentle way of starting a habit."The one-line morning. Make yourself a coffee — or tea, or warm water with lemon; the drink is up to you. While it's still hot, sit down with a notebook and a pen, and write one line by hand. That's it. One line. Not a page, not three pages. A sentence about yesterday, a thought about today, something you noticed on the way to the kettle. Interesting.If I were to pull back the curtain a bit, I've struggled with journaling despite wanting to journal. My current process (which honestly isn't that current as I haven't journaled in over a week) was to write a few bullet points down at the end of the night.I thought I could handle a few bullet points on a nightly basis, and after doing that for a week or two, would be… No comments yet.
