But the artcile does leave out some potentially important notes about its location. It is in Brooklyn Heights, unlike Old Fulton Street. But there is a caveat here. Beginning at Hicks Street, Joralemon Street in Brooklyn Heights goes sharply downhill, descending to Furman Street and Brooklyn Bridge Park, both of which are about level with the East River. There are two one-block side-streets coming off that sharp-downhill section of Joralemon, connecting it with State Street. Those two side-streets are Willow Place and Columbia Place.
