Code 2 hours ago · Life · hide · 0 comments September was all about finding out how quickly I can transition from the Summer of Speed to full-on marathon training. On the first weekend of the month I raced a mile and a 5 km road race (back to back, with a 40-minute break). Without much ado, I found myself running 155 km over the course of the next two weeks. As much as I loved the Summer of Speed, I am thrilled to turn the speed into a fun marathon experiment. I will pace a good friend in the Munich Marathon on October 11th.
