Happy Spoopy Season, everybody! SPOOPY It’s October, and we have 3 new sandwitches to cover this month, 2 of which are pretty specific and maybe less notable than we’d normally cover, and one of which is so ubiquitous that we’re not sure we can do it justice in a single post. But we’re sure gonna give it a shot! Before we get to the new sandwiches though, let’s take a look back at what the Tribunal got up to in September. We started the month on a very specific Guanajuatan torta called Guacamaya, featuring chicharrones with avocado and a salsa de arbol. If nothing else, we will be making that spicy salsa again! Next we explored a local favorite from central Missouri, the Guberburger of Sedalia. Peanut butter on a burger is way better than it sounds! Finally, we tried our hand at a loosemeat street food sandwich from the Medina of Rabat, Morocco called Habricha. Familar but also strange at the same time, but well worth tasting at least once!
