I’m usually hard-pressed to find a pre-Code recommendation for October (and a film noir pick, too, for that matter), because TCM is so jam-packed with scary selections. But this month, TCM is serving up a veritable smorgasbord of pre-Code gems, and when I saw New Morals for Old (1932) on the list, I didn’t need to look any further! Myrna Loy? Yes, please!
