Power Grid: Bremen/Manhattan

I really liked Bremen (from PG:B/M). Connection costs are simplified (cities share borders, and any city bordering it pays the single connection cost + the city cost). Also the map is a bit smaller … you need fewer cities to trigger stage 2 & end game, and the cities cost a bit less (8/14/20). You also remove the nukes and the 7 power plants. I also like the 2nd edition Power Grid rule that the cheapest plant each round has a minimum bid of 1. Always happy to play Power Grid, but this new expansion was excellent. I might buy it, except that I’m not the one who brings Power Grid.
