After making the decision to attempt a monthly review type of post it occurred to me that I should probably start keeping a notebook, or at least a list, of things that had occurred in the month so I wouldn’t forget anything important. I believe that this was ultimately a very good idea and I wish that I’d actually done it. Unfortunately I am instead sitting here trying to remember what’s happened in the past month despite the fact that I can barely remember lunch from two days ago. I finished some stuff this month, although most of the things I finished were more stepping stones to other stuff, but we’re going to count them as accomplishments regardless because we gotta take those wins where we can fabricate them! First up was The Gathering Storm, book twelve of the Wheel of Time. This is the first book from Brandon Sanderson after he took over the series following Jordan’s passing.
