Bill, it seems, is quickly running out of friends. And, apparently, also sureties. Which is an interesting development I'll come back to in a minute - but first, the email.The EmailI'm not going to reprint the entire email (just most of it). As I said above, there are parts that are simply not fit for public consumption for various reasons - but I will show you as much as I can, beginning with Bill's "Motion".Bill sent this email to "COAPublicPortal@ontario.ca" and he thinks that means it's been filed with the Ontario Court of Appeal; however I'd like to point out that this is absolutely NOT how one files an appeal (there is a handy pdf document which explains the actual process - this is essentially a helpdesk email for people who have questions, or issues with the website).
