Sometimes Bipartisanship Is Not All It's Cracked Up to Be Yesterday, the Senate managed to pass a substantive bill, and with a sizable bipartisan majority of 77-22. It is the Protect College Sports Act, (PCSA) which would, if its name is to be believed, protect college sports.
