My experience at IndiaFOSS 2026

I’ve been making more of an effort this year to show up to meetups and events happening in the area so I eagerly looking forward to IndiaFOSS 2026. A lot of my friends over at the IndieWebClub were also planning to visit so there was going to be no lack of familiar faces, and hopefully some new ones too 😄 Day 1 Fenil, Yash, and I had decided to leave together bright and early so Fenil biked down to our place and we took a cab together. We made it well in time for breakfast and the welcome keynote, after which we split up with Fenil and Yash heading to the Open Hardware devroom while I headed over to the Documentation & Technical Writing devroom. The quality of the talks was quite high, and while AI inevitably comes up when talking about documentation; it was refreshing to see Ganesh Devgan from Bruno reaffirm that good documentation will continue to be written for humans.
