Tools | Hasher Script Fixed

The hasher script has been updated and now works on all servers using PHP after 5.5! Sorry for leaving it broken for so long. I was not really told until way after the hasher script was made public and I didn't really understand why it wasn't working for other users' until I started doing more PHP projects for other people!
