According to a 45cat comment:One of a couple of singles released by Cuppy (a label with connections to Bill Haley's ex-wife, whose nickname was Cuppy) that were produced by John (a.k.a. Johnny) Grande, who was Bill Haley's piano player in the Comets in the 1950s and early 1960s. Interestingly, in the late 50s the Comets, moonlighting as "The Lifeguards" recorded a tune called "Everybody Out'a the Pool" that is very similar in some respects to the one here (though the melody is different; the main similarity is somebody calling "everybody out of the pool!" every so often!)
