ever had a thought like, “wish I could program on a gameboy” but then remember why all your Pokemons’ nicknames are like 2 to 3 letters long because selecting text on a virtual keyboard with a d-pad blows so then you start to think about programming systems that don’t require text…which gets you to APL but that is A LOT to input and gameboys don’t have the memory to handle complex array multiplication anyways so not APL…but then you are struck by inspiration and realize, of course, brainfuck, so, here is a brainfuck dev environment that you can use totally with a d-pad and some face buttons (for best effect, open this up on mobile)
