As I mentioned on Friday, I am taking a class this weekend, so today’s post is photo-centric. If the forecast is to be believed, it looks like it will be a rainy week. I’m glad I found a rain cover that fits the new camera! Here are my photo choices for today:Looking northwest at sunrise and feeling so supported by this cloud being. (September 24, 2026)A gathering of butterflies. Can you identify all three species? (Hint: They’ve all been in my recent posts.)Two ospreys were circling around and chattering at each other. They were kind enough to fly behind me, with the rising sun shining right on them - which is rare because my access is on the west shoreline.One osprey had a green band on one leg and a silver band on the other. I was able to read the green band and reported it in the banding site.Hi young…
