Finished reading Good Bye: Leading change better by attending to endings by Lizzie Bentley Bowers and Alison Lucas. I completely agree with the authors that paying attention to endings and ensuring that they are well-marked is important. There are some useful anecdotes and exercises in this book for anyone in a leadership position to read and reflect on endings done well, and endings done poorly. But overall, it felt as though it could have been an article. Stretching it out into a book, with each chapter covering the whole model that the authors presented, was confusing.
