Just Finished Reading: This Way Up: When Maps Go Wrong (And Why It Matters)

I've just listened to an audiobook about maps, and I was entertained, I was impacted with knowledge and trivia, and after reading, I was curious enough to continue to read a whole bunch of Wikipedia articles. Did you know, once up a time, you could be watching a television station on Friday afternoon and, without changing channel, you could be watching a totally different station on the same evening? Did you know that there are many reasons why you cannot find the country of New Zealand on a map? Did you know you can navigate the sea by looking at the waves? ~ On a tangential note, my newest pet peeve is to propose changing from one map to another map with a different projection because, 'the old map is wrong.' All maps are wrong.
