I really do love it, and I'm not entirely sure whether that's because of the fishing itself or because it provides an excellent excuse to stand in a river for several hours ignoring the modern world. Either way, I'm perfectly happy with the arrangement. There are certainly worse ways to spend an afternoon having than standing next to, or in a river for that matter, staring at a tiny piece of plastic and pretending you've temporarily escaped the responsibilities of adulthood.Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the quiver tip pulling round, the movement of an isotope in the darkness and that wonderful moment when a fish decides to have a disagreement with whatever lure you've just spent far too much money on.
