Film lamination film

You can make your cover shiny by printing a glossy varnish onto it, or, for a superior result, by bonding a kitchen-cling-film-like plastic-y sheet to it. Film lamination has the added advantage that you can use matte or gloss lamination. You can, if you really want to spend money, also print a spot gloss varnish on certain parts of a matte laminated cover.
