non-politicised latin american folk status

to me, it's very interesting that some latin american folk are not politicised. like, what d'ya mean you grew up in a colonised place that underwent at least one military dictatorship, and you're still not studying history, not learning about politics and voting, VOTING, for far-right ideologies? are you trying to be a fucking gringo, caralho?
