… maybe not for this guy. I was on my way to celebrate an Ex-Pat’s one year anniversary in Cabo Verde.This lone fisherman, I thought, was a bit too far out with those waves crashing about. What do I know?I don’t fish.I don’t even swim. I do try to not pass judgement on things I know little or nothing about.Brother man actually seemed to have things under control.He has the knowledge and skills. I don’t.And I respect that.
