Give my friends from Heart Machine a job

I haven't posted about this yet, but last week my friends and old coworkers still remaining at Heart Machine were all laid off. As far as I know, the company no longer has any development staff. I don't have a full list of HM people looking for jobs, but some of my friends have posted demo reels and portfolios. In general, I wanted to say that everyone who was working at HM was extremely good at their job, and any of them would be a killer hire right now. There are so few jobs in this industry, so I know I'm kind of shouting into the void, but I'd give any of them a thumbs up if you asked me to weigh in on them. We went through a lot together and as a group I would take a bullet for them. It's very odd to see the company basically cease production less than a year after I was laid off! I don't have much to say about it now other than: I'm sad they didn't get a better opportunity to show off what they can do. This is a crew with great craft skills and unusually good soft skills.
