internet, did I get a good deal?

In the lobby of this apartment building I’ve moved into. The internet technician is coming to install my internet. The deal I got was $117/month. I got 1.5 Gbps down and up. The deal was if I sign up for cable I can cancel that within 30 days and the price reduces to $90/month. I think there’s an additional $10 off if I sign up for auto billing. Is that a good deal for downtown Calgary? I don’t know. If you are reading this and you know, please let me know. The company is Telus. I didn’t want the cable but if I just went for internet it would be $105/month. This way I guess, on the surface, I’ll save ~$20-$30 a month. Hopefully there’s no gotcha clauses.
