EcoFlow Annoyances

We have an EcoFlow Delta Pro 3 with an expansion battery that gives us 8kWh of battery with a maximum (sustained) output of 4kW. Winter is coming, and I thought it would be useful to have additional storage. EcoFlow is running a "Prime" sale, and I had a 5% off coupon, so I went to price an additional expansion battery. I checked the price at Home Depot, where I would be eligible for a 10% discount, and the EcoFlow price was better, so I placed the order with EcoFlow. I don't visit the site very often, and so I spent some time clicking around and looking at my "profile." It turns out that I had about 15,000 "EcoCredits," from previous purchases, and I discovered that I could redeem 5000 of those credits for $200 off, which was more than the 5% discount. I tried to cancel the order from the site, but there's no way to do that there, so I called customer service.
