Intro Making plans in Turkey, especially when you’re working with civil society is never a good idea. Because the plan I mentioned last week changed in a major way and turned into a mini Turkey tour for me. After İstanbul, I arrived to İzmir on Monday afternoon and will be flying to Ankara tonight.
