Above and Below

The very worst waiters that I've ever seen all had something in common: They all felt that being a waiter was beneath them. When, in fact, being a waiter was well above them. It was their superiority that made them inferior. This much appreciated posting from way back in 2010 was only the start of my recognition of how upside down and embarrassing everything is.
