Day 220: Either Arch or Gate

2026-09-14Hello!Three hours of running around Philadelphia has brought me some interesting photography opportunities as I went on a hunt to capture certain landmarks of the city. This being one of them.This is labeled the Friendship Arch. Or Friendship Gate. I'm not sure which. I don't even think it matters that much. It doesn't fit in with anything there, but it's the landmark of the surrounding Chinatown. While in the area, I saw open-air buses loaded with tourists scrambling to get a photo of this arch as the bus sped by.At the time of visiting, the walls near the Friendship Arch had some striking photographs that inspired me to take portrait photography here. Portrait photography takes a lot of editing and touch-ups to get right, I think. Thank you for visiting this blog!
