Launch Keyboard Maestro macro from Spotlight

September 21, 2026 I've been experimenting with Spotlight's Siri AI integration since updating to macOS 27. I wanted to launch a Keyboard Maestro macro from Spotlight, but selecting the macro opened it in the editor instead. So I asked Siri AI how I might do that and it suggested exporting the macro as a trigger file. Once Spotlight indexes the file, selecting it runs the macro.
