The last time I tried Immi I was impressed with the broth, however the noodles were rubber bands. A lot of influencers were extolling its virtues, but to me it was literally hard to eat. I know they changed things up a bit, but I never received any samples as the company had sent them originally. I asked for some as I really wanted to give them another chance. Years later, I went to the Grocery Outlet store and lo and behold, they were selling these packs for 99 cents, a fasr cry from the price I’d seen them at previously of upwards of $5. Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle block for 4 minutes (chewy), 5 minutes (soft). Drain noodles, saving 1 cup water. Add in sachet contents.
