Self Installing a Monoblock Air Conditioner

Summer in the UK was brutal this year, with heatwave after heatwave after heatwave. Although somewhat self-inflicted, it didn't help that my office was routinely about 5°C warmer than outside (a combination of having kit running, and having a south facing gable wall).
