You’re Pre-Diabetic

That’s what I got told last week by the Nurse from the doctors. I initially went in for some pain in my arm and chest, thinking I was having some form of a heart attack. Apparently it is a nerve thing, probably from my neck. After all of that I went to have a blood test. While there I was talking to some random guy in the waiting room, I learned that he only had one kidney now. Was supposed to stop drinking and smoking but hasn't and it's been that way for many years. Then when I was getting my bloods taken, I learned from the nurse that her washing line had broken, and she had a new one. S Find's it amusing that I hear these random stories from people. It's been like that forever. I always get random stories from people. Anyway, I got the phone call and they told me the number for something. I asked what the range was. Turns out I am just in that range. I'm trying to be more active now. This whole office based job thing isn't good for me. Or how almost everything I like to do…
