Done = Good.To get things done, I need to write them down. And it doesn’t matter whether it’s analog or digital, but I prefer digital.For managing my tasks, I use Apple Reminders because it’s simple and powerful at the same time. My setup is also very simple but focused.I use just a few lists: Today Scheduled Inbox Tasks Routines That’s it. No complicated system, no endless lists. Everything has its place, and I always know where to look.The Today and Scheduled lists are pretty self-explanatory. However, most tasks end up in my Inbox list first. I capture them without a date so I can add them quickly. Once I assign a date to a task, it moves to my Tasks list and disappears from my Inbox list. My Routines list is just as simple. It contains all my recurring tasks.Most of the time, I work from my Today list. The night before, I go through my Inbox and Scheduled lists and plan what I want to get done the next day.
