But let’s, for the sake of argument, imagine a world in which our desires become reality so effortlessy that we might not even notice it happening. So naturally in fact that the process never stopped whether we consciously intended to or not? On the surface, that sounds wonderful. But what happens when you get what you thought you wanted, only to discover that perhaps you didn’t want it after all? And what if those hidden parts of ourselves, all those dark shadows that lie repressed, were influencing how our desires came into existence? Do we truly know what we really want? Let’s go a bit further too. You also don’t necessarily get to choose how it comes into existence. For example; I need a $15,000 to fix my car. Then a close family member passes and leaves you $15,000. This gets to be a stickier question the further we go…. Suddenly, choosing what it is I truly desire… No comments yet.
