Wait - what are the rules here on shadow bans?

So currently the number one post on Bear is "Fuck (an open source project) and a (political stance)" Now I don't really care about the content, I only become aware of that OS project about 36 hours ago, took one look at it and went nah not for me and it immediately went out my brain. But I am curious that its seemingly perfectly permitted here. A while ago a blogger called Scholarch; https://scholarch.bearblog.dev/re-blank-blogging-counts-too/ got shadow banned for criticising another Bear blogger. I make no comment again on the content. I got shadow banned for posting about an unnamed (non Bear from memory) blogger basically restricting access to the UK (and indirectly criticised the UK government). https://yunzi.co.uk/sigh-i-know-the-law-is-stupid-but-bloggers-really/ Perhaps I should have kept my mouth shut and only posted on historical oddities in Worcestershire and surrounding area as that at least, seems uncontroversial.
