Announcing PyOmgLol, an Unofficial Client for omg.lol

Today (17 September 2026) is the second anniversary of my omg.lol membership. To celebrate the occasion, I am happy to announce my new project: PyOmgLol, an unofficial cross-platform client for omg.lol! I joined omg.lol since the platform's fundraising campaign for St. Jude in 2024, and I have not regretted it. I have been enjoying the various features omg.lol provides, and the omg.lol community is one of my favourite online communities. (Speaking of omg.lol's fundraising campaign for St. Jude, the annual fundraiser for 2026 is still ongoing at the moment, so if you have the means to donate, your support would be very much appreciated!) After my study at 42 the computer science school ended due the suspension of the student programme of my local campus in late May, I have been trying to look for a software project to make to put the programming knowledge and skills I gained from my study there to good use.
