Photo Friday

I’m on the road this week and I don’t quite have the bandwidth to post my using Friday Varia and Quick Hits. I’d be remiss, however, not to promote the latest book from The Digital Press: John Poff’s Out of My Life and Two Visions. This past week, I’ve been shooting mostly with a borrowed Canon 5D Mark IV and a Canon 50 mm f/1.2L or Canon 85 mm f/1.4L. The lenses are spectacular and the camera is a joy to use. I’m not entirely confident with Canon color and 85 mm is a pretty unfamiliar length for me right now, but I’m still enjoying the experience (especially as I wait for a bunch of film to develop and multiple rolls of film in three new film cameras to finish!).
