The day of translation is 24 September

If you want to register please go to the Center for the Art of Translation’s website. Coincidentally (or not) the Brooklyn Book Festival takes place next week too, from 20 to 28 September. Their first day is billed as “Virtual Festival Day”, and they are arranging what they are calling Bookend Events throughout the five boroughs. But of course if you want to see the books you’ll need to travel to Brooklyn Borough Hall and visit the Literary Market Place. The publishers’ booths will be there on Saturday 26th for Children’s Day, and on Sunday 27th. Many self publishers also display their wares.
