Stroll Around South Kensington | A Victorian Dream

South Kensington Walking Tour exploring some of the Best London Museums. I have history in South Kensington – lived there for a brief period when completely skint which might sound paradoxical but it was a great place to be broke. The streets were so rich with curiosity and characters you wouldn’t associate which such an affluent area of London. And the museums with their free entry were great places to while away spare hours. But during that time I never really looked into how South Kensington came to be the home to so many incredible cultural institutions. From Exhibition Road and the famous museums of the V&A, The Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Imperial College, Goethe-Institut, Royal Geographical Society, Albert Hall, Royal College of Art, and Albert Memorial. Making this video gave me the opportunity to delve into the story of Albertopolis.
