# Today saw the completion of my neurodiversity workplace assessment,1 looking at how I can be better supported in the workplace and how I can personally work a bit smarter to cater for my traits. We started it on the 2nd but the assessor had a migraine so had to split the assessment to do it justice. A big theme was workplace anxiety and constantly feeling judged or under pressure even if that's not the case. The organisation I work for changed to using Teams a while back so as to reduce the amount of crap in your email inbox. It doesn't solve a problem, just moves it; and with the nature of Teams, everyone expects an instant response. I can't context switch at the best of times, but things are so much worse when I'm bombarded with messages expecting an immediate reply. I frequently mark myself as 'Busy' or 'Do not disturb', but these are often ignored.
