Claude Roulette - chat with strangers while you slop

When Claude Code developers announced Claude Code mods, I knew I had to retry an idea of mine from many months ago that was too cumbersome with the existing hooks: Chat Roulette for Claude. The idea is when you are waiting for a task to complete, you can chat with other random folks using Claude Code.
