Do it, just like build it yourself or ask an agent to do it or whatever. you want to invent a brand new card game and run a Monte Carlo sim to test whether the outcomes are fair? Boom, you can just do that - takes like 15-20 mins of understanding from wikipedia. You want to build a whole D&D campaign excluding a specific rule from the game because you find it annoying? You can totally do that. The world is truly a very cool and magical place if you work every day to do things that you find both fulfilling and fun.
