Tried quite a few over the years and curious what Bibigo will have in store. This is a Korean style ramyun made in Thailand for the US market. Let’s find out. Noodle was nice and fluffy witrh an interesting gauge – kind of between a pack ramyun and a standard cup gauge. The flavor here is very good – bright, sweet, tangy and spicy.
