Thinking About October

October is a big deal around here, and I am gearing up for some posts.As always, I will be hosting the Horror Movie Marathon here at the Other Side. 31 Nights, 31+ movies, at least 20 first-time views. Since I have two "1986" centric projects, I am focusing on movies from 1985 to 1986, with various exceptions from 1983 to 1987. I am focusing mostly on hometown horror, high school horror, and generally 80s-focused horror. I might hit a few slasher flicks, but there aren't really any I haven't already seen.Yes, those are my tapes, Trapper Keeper, and my 1986 high school yearbook.If you want to join me, just post on social media! I am also bringing back Urban Fantasy Fridays for October to look at some urban fantasy/horror RPGs. Likely to use with one of my three urban fantasy/horror settings: Jackson, Carbon Vale, and/or Sunny Valley. I like the idea that each setting uses a different rule system.
