Day 014: Stairs of shame

These stairs lead to the place where slaves were sold directly from ships. On each step, there are plaques bearing the names of the African ethnic groups who built and walked upon these stairs: the Congos, the Yoruba, the Igbo, the Wolof, the Fulani and the Bamileke. Slave's stairs - Guadeloupe 2021
