Silence

Ever since I have disabled all the endless scrolling feed from my laptop. I have been visiting lobste.rs, Hacker News, bubbles.town and my RSSReader more often. I do have Tuba installed but the scroll is close to none. While there still is some discourse hapenning. I can feel that it is much calmer. I know that there will be nothing new if I reload. And I can consume(skim) almost all of it in one sitting. Then, my laptop begins to look like a tool and not a media machine. It's the silence after that, which allows me to hear the birds chirping outside. You might be wondering how I know that you're awesome! Because I know you read this via RSS.
