Leo's bookcase done........

hmm.......I wasn't expecting this gap to fill in as much as it did with just paint. Made a command decision to see if I could close it up with paint alone. It will be a while before these will make the trip to North Carolina so I can check on it.final checkUsed flashlight to cast raking light to highlight any boo boos. Found two on this shelf.hmm........The light highlighted them and I could see them without it too. Paint, especially a shiny one, defects pop out like blinking neon lights.think I got all of themI applied wood putty to 8 spots. I wasn't expecting this because I thought I had steamed all the boo boos out already on this side. I guess the moving around I did with the bookcase wasn't as damage free as I thought.doneA couple of hours later I sanded the spots and slapped another coat of paint on them.
