I had the livestream of the Apple September event open in the background and traded messages with a colleague and we agreed it all sounded like gibberish. “I have no idea what they are saying” I lobbed over, and went about the business of trying to figure out how to teach a robot how to take my job. I perked up hearing aperture mentioned (I know that word!) and watched a bit about the new Pro camera features before losing interest again. Whenever I get excited about a new camera I’m always let down in real-world usage. Then the one more thing phrase warranted full attention as the new foldable phone was announced. Would you look at that — it’s just like all the leaked images I tried to avoid and maintain some sense of surprise in the world! Initial thoughts: I’m rough on phones.
